Visited World of Ukes in Carlisle after seeing their ukulele selection online. Communication was quick and friendly—someone answered my questions about different models and didn’t rush me at all. The shop felt relaxed and welcoming, not pushy. I had a small issue with a string, but it was sorted straight away, no fuss. Left feeling happy with my new uke and the whole experience.
